A: LCSP ONE, LLC is DoorDash’s first Local Commerce Services Partner. LCSP ONE provides delivery services to DoorDash customers in Austin, Texas. This opportunity is to be a W2 Delivery Associate with LCSP ONE, LLC, which will allow you to work either full-time or part-time on a set schedule and with a set hourly wage, plus tips.

A: You will not be able to continue working as an Independent Contractor at DoorDash if you accept this opportunity. However, you are welcome to continue working as an Independent Contractor at other gig companies.

A: We operate Mondays through Fridays from 11 AM - 9 PM. Full time positions have a schedule of four 10 hour shifts (11:00am-9:00pm) with three days off per week. and part time shifts are available from 11:00am-4:00pm or 4:00pm-9:00pm with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

A: Your base pay will be $13.00 per hour. You will receive 100% of any customer gratuity provided for your work. Over the past two weeks, the average Delivery Associate hourly tip earnings were $9.00. In addition, you will be paid $0.10 for every mile you drive while on an assigned delivery. In all, we expect (but do not guarantee) that your weekly average hourly compensation will be $22-$27 per hour!

A: You will focus on deliveries in northwest Austin in the Anderson Mill area.

A: You will be paid weekly on Fridays. Your earnings each week will be paid out via direct deposit the following Friday.

A: Once you have completed your background check, you will have a group interview where the opportunity will be explained to you and you will have an opportunity to ask any outstanding questions. You will then be asked about your experiences and background to determine whether they align with our needs. If both you and the company decide to move forward with employment, you will take a drug screen on-site, and begin working the same day.

A: Yes, you’ll drive your own car to make deliveries for LCSP ONE.
